摘要
目的建立人凝血酶原复合物中锑含量的测定方法。方法使用氢化物-原子吸收光谱法测定人凝血酶原复合物中锑的含量。结果锑含量在0-25.0 ng/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99;检出限为0.5533 ng/ml,定量限为1.844 ng/ml;加样回收率为95.93%-118.62%。结论本研究所建立方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,可用于测定人凝血酶原复合物锑的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of antimony content in human prothrombin complex.Methods The content of antimony in human prothrombin complex was determined by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The calibration curve of antimony was linear in the range of 0-25.0 ng/ml with correlation coefficient higher than 0.99.The detection limit was 0.5533 ng/ml and the quantitative limit was 1.844 ng/ml.The recoveries were 95.93%-118.62%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive,and can be suitable for the determination of antimony in human prothrombin complex.
