摘要
语义波是合法化语码理论与系统功能语言学对话合作的焦点,但语义波的识解勾画、结构化特征及功能、类型识别等问题尚需明确。为此,本文以科学语篇为例,以言辞单位为语义引力刻度,以对应级阶的成分分形为语义密度刻度,依据语义波的语境实例化特征考察其合法化识解问题。研究发现:语义波的识解勾画取决于语义引力与语义密度的刻度定位;语义波的结构化特征与功能取决于语境显示的抽象化层级与意义构建的复杂化层级的一致性;语义波的类型识别取决于波点定位及其元语言功能属性。本文为语义波提供了一种合法化的识解范式,有助于促进语义波的融合研究。
Semantic wave is a dialogic focus between LCT and SFL,but previous studies are not explicit enough in delineating its profiling,structural attributes and functions,and construing its distinct types.This study is intended to bring forth a legitimate construal of semantic waves in scientific texts on two bases:delicate semantic scales of semantic gravity in terms of rhetorical units of discourse;semantic density scales in terms of fractal elements within a message.It is found that semantic profiling depends on delicate scales of SG±/SD±;structural attributes and functions lie in a correspondence between abstract levels of contextual specificity and semantic complexities in meaning making;the type of semantic waves depends on its waving position and functional nature of metalanguage.This study provides a legitimate construal for semantic waves and contributes to their theoretical integration between LCT and SFL.
