摘要
目的:探讨新活素联合左西孟旦在慢性心衰急性发展患者中的临床效果及对尿量和尿素氮(BUN)水平的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年10月慢性心衰急性发展患者96例作为对象,随机数字法分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用新活素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左西孟旦治疗,1个月治疗后评估患者效果,比较两组尿量、BUN、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、心功能水平及药物安全性。结果:观察组治疗后1个月尿量多于对照组(P<0.05);BUN、CRP及TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);LVESV、LVEDV水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新活素联合左西孟旦用于慢性心衰急性发展患者中能改善肾功能、心功能水平,降低炎症因子水平,且未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Neoactivin combined with Levosimendan in patients with acute development of chronic heart failure and its effect on urine output and urea nitrogen(BUN)levels.Method:From January 2018 to October 2019,96 patients with acute development of chronic heart failure were selected as subjects,and was divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(48 cases)by the random number method.The control group was treated with Neoactivin,and the observation group was combined with Levosimendan treatment on the basis of the control group.After one month of treatment,the patient’s effect was evaluated.The two groups were compared for urine output,BUN,C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-Alpha(TNF-α)levels,cardiac function levels,and drug safety.Result:The urine volume of the observation group was more than that of the control group at one month after treatment(P<0.05),the levels of BUN,CRP and TNF-αwere lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF level in the observation group at one month after treatment was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the LVESV,LVEDV level in the observation group at one month after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Neosporine and Levosimendan in patients with acute development of chronic heart failure can improve renal function and heart function level,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
