摘要
目的:研究健康教育及心理护理干预对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者生活方式的影响。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院于2019年1月-2020年1月收治的110例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,按干预方案划分为对照组(n=55)与观察组(n=55),对照组予以常规护理干预方案,观察组在对照组基础上予以健康教育及心理护理干预方案。对两组患者干预后生活方式改变、内分泌指标与机体脂质代谢指标及生活质量进行评价和比较。结果:观察组干预后科学运动、合理用药、自我疗养、自测体质量、健康饮食等占比及生活质量评分(SF-36)均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、三脂甘油(TG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)均比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:对于肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征采用健康教育与心理护理干预效果尤为显著,能够有效转变患者的生活方式,使其生活方式更科学健康,进而改善患者的身体状况,在临床上具有应用价值。
Objective:To study the effect of health education and psychological nursing intervention on the lifestyle of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:Randomly selected in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 of 110 fueling polycystic ovarian syndrome patients as the research object,by the intervention plan were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55),control group routine nursing intervention plan,observation group on the basis of the control group health education and psychological nursing intervention plan.The changes in lifestyle,endocrine index and lipid metabolism index and quality of life of the two groups of patients after intervention were evaluated and compared.Result:The proportion of science movement,rational drug use,self recuperate,self measurement of body mass,healthy diet and life quality score(SF-36)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).LH,FSH,T,TG and FINS were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education and psychological nursing intervention is particularly effective for obese polycystic ovary syndrome,which can effectively change the lifestyle of patients,make their lifestyle more scientific and healthy,and then improve the physical condition of patients,which has clinical application value.
