摘要
目的:观察个性化护理在风湿免疫性疾病患者使用激素期间的效果。方法:选取2019年1-6月笔者所在医院风湿免疫性疾病住院患者70例,将其随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组不良反应发生率为34.3%,低于对照组的68.6,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组认知水平评分(59.82±5.73)分,依从性91.4%,均高于对照组的(43.75±6.29)分、68.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风湿免疫性疾病患者使用激素药物治疗期间,个性化护理可有效提高患者对疾病的认知,提高患者依从性,并减少用药不良反应,加强用药安全。
Objective:To observe the effect of personalized nursing during hormone administration in patients with rheumatic immune disease.Method:A total of 70 patients with rheumatic immune disease in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given personalized nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 34.3%,which was lower than 68.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognition level score(59.82±5.73)points and compliance 91.4%in the observation group were higher than(43.75±6.29)points and 68.6%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During hormone therapy for patients with rheumatic immune disease,personalized nursing can effectively improve patients’cognition of the disease,improve patients’compliance,reduce adverse drug reactions,and strengthen drug safety.
