摘要
目的:探讨基层医院多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建技术在急腹症中的临床应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在科2017年7月-2019年7月因急腹症行多层螺旋CT扫描的110例患者为研究对象,利用三维重建技术对患者疾病进行影像诊断。所有患者最终经手术或非手术进行明确诊断。分析多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的诊断准确性。结果:110例急腹症患者经多层螺旋CT扫描临床确诊阳性105例,假阴性5例;多层螺旋CT诊断急腹症的总体准确率为95.45%。结论:多层螺旋CT具有扫描速度快,三维成像具有多层面、方位成像特点,对急腹症患者尤其是疑难病例,能很好地显示并病灶的大小、形态、部位、边界及与周围组织的关系等,对于基层医院在急腹症的诊断、诊断准确率的提高及治愈率具有非常重要意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)three-dimensional imaging technique in primary hospitals in acute abdomen.Method:From July 2017 to July 2019,110 patients with acute abdominal who underwent MSCT were selected as the study subjects.The three-dimensional imaging was used in the imaging diagnosis of patients’diseases.All the patients were finally diagnosed by surgery or non-surgery.The diagnostic accuracy of MSCT three-dimensional imaging technique was analyzed.Result:In 110 patients with acute abdomen,105 were positive and 5 were false negative by MSCT.The overall accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen was 95.45%.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT has the characteristics of high scanning speed,and three-dimensional imaging with multi-level and azimuth imaging characteristics.It can display the size,shape,location,boundary and the relationship with surrounding tissues of the focus well for the patients with acute abdomen,especially for the difficult cases.It is of great significance for the diagnosis,the improvement of diagnostic accuracy and the cure rate of the acute abdomen in the primary hospitals.
