摘要
目的:分析经尿道电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院治疗的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者138例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组69例。对照组采用开放性手术治疗,观察组采用经尿道电切术治疗。比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组总满意度为97.10%(67/69),高于对照组的59.42%(41/69),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管置留时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道电切术对非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的治疗效果较好,有利于患者的恢复,且并发症及复发率较低,患者满意度高。
Objective:To analyze the effect and recurrence of transurethral electrotomy resection for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.Method:A total of 138 cases of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,while the observation group was treated with transurethral electrotomy resection.The surgical effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.10%(67/69),which was higher than 59.42%(41/69)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,catheter retention time and hospital stay time of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral electrotomy resection has a good therapeutic effect on patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.which is conducive to the recovery of patients.Moreover,the rate of complications and recurrence is low,and the patient satisfaction is high.
