全燃石煤350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉关键技术及设计方案研究 被引量:2

摘要 石煤作为一种热值超低、灰分超高的低品质燃料,采用循环流化床技术是非常合适的。随着循环流化床机组大型化的发展,采用高参数、大容量的循环流化床锅炉来提高石煤的利用效率成为一种可能。借鉴已投运350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉的工程经验,结合石煤燃料的特殊性,开发了适应于燃烧石煤这种超低品质燃料的350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉方案。 As a low-quality fuel with ultra-low calorific value and ultra-high ash content,circulating fluidized bed technology is very suitable for the combustion of stone coal.With the development of large-scale circulating fluidized bed units,it has become possible to use high-parameter,large-capacity circulating fluidized bed boilers to increase the efficiency of stone coal.Basic on the engineering experience of the 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler that has been put into operation,combined with the characteristic of stone coal,the writer has developed a design scheme of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,which is suitable for burning stone coal.
