摘要
学科馆员制度服务作为当前图书馆知识服务的创新模式,是高职院校开展知识服务的主要举措,也是图书馆对教育科研需求满足的主要方式之一。在建立学科馆员制度基础上,对我国高职图书馆学科馆员服务发展现状进行分析,不难发现,高职院校开展学科馆员服务过程中面临一些问题,资源需求难以满足、专业人才缺失以及学科馆员制度意识未能普及,文章提出相应的改进策略以此改进高职院校学科馆员服务质量。
It is well-known that as an innovative model of library knowledge service,Subject Librarian System Service(SLSS)is the main measurement of developing knowledge service in vocational colleges.Also.,it is the approach to satisfy the needs of library for education and scientific research.Based on the analysis of this subject librarian system,the paper tries to analyze the present status of SLSS development in vocational colleges’libraries.Then,it expounds the problems encountered with in vocational colleges.Clearly,it is important to provide some countermeasures so as to enhance the quality of subject librarian services.
