摘要
台湾高校具有强化工匠精神的社会背景,通过分析台湾应用型高校培养工匠精神的主要经验,对我国职业教育工匠精神培养有一定的启发作用。通过学分互换,提高专业的社会影响力;通过师资互派,提升教师团队的整体水平;通过创意互通,打造成果转化平台;通过创新互融,有利于支持学生创新创业实现人生价值。
It is clear that Taiwan’s universities has the social background of strengthening the spirit of craftsmen.The paper tries to expound the experiences of cultivating craftsmen spirit from Taiwan’s application-oriented universities.It is necessary for mainland to acquire some inspirations for Taiwan’s universities.The main measures could involve in improving specialty’s social influence through credit exchange,promoting the overall level of teacher team through teacher exchange and creating a platform for transformation of achievements through creative communication.Similarly,it is necessary to support students’innovation and entrepreneurship through innovation and mutual integration so as to realize life value.
