摘要 设计了一种可应用于高原骑行等领域的脉率及血氧饱和度信息采集装置,具有低功耗、便携式、应用场景宽等特点,能在运动状态下实时采集人体血氧饱和度和心率参数。在光电容积脉搏波(photoplethysmograph,PPG)信号的处理方面,针对运动状态下低频频率混叠严重及环境光干扰较大的特点,通过改进双树复小波变换的阈值计算,较好地滤除了高频干扰及基线漂移并抑制了频率混叠的影响。经与改进前双树复小波变换、小波变换、经验模态分解(EMD)等医用脉率血氧仪中常用的滤波算法实验比较,本方法滤波效果好,信噪比高。经测试,血氧饱和度误差不超过4%,脉率误差不超过±4次/min,符合医疗标准。 This paper designs a pulse oxygen monitoring system that can be applied to plateau cycling and other fields. It has the characteristics of low power consumption,portable,wide application scenarios,and can collect human blood oxygen saturation and heart rate parameters in real time under motion. In the processing of photoplethysmograph( PPG) signal,aiming at the characteristics of interference in moving state,the system can filter out high frequency interference and baseline drift and suppress the effect of frequency aliasing by improving the threshold calculation of dual-tree complex wavelet transform. Compared with the common filtering algorithms used in medical Pulse rate oximeter,such as DCWT,wavelet transform and EMD,The method has good filtering effect and high signal-to-noise ratio. After testing,the error of oxygen saturation is no more than 4%,and the error of pulse rate is no more than ± 4 times/minute,which meets the medical standard.
