摘要
阐述了一款涡轮增压发动机进气噪声的解决过程。首先通过测试手段排查出问题源并锁定问题频段,再通过Virtual. Lab与Star-CCM仿真软件计算穿孔消声器的传递损失以及流体压力损失,然后根据仿真结果制作样件,通过阻抗管验证仿真结果的有效性。最后实车验证表明:在涡轮增压器压气机进气口与出气口增加穿孔消声器可以有效控制加速时的气流噪声。
The solution of a turbocharged engine’s intake noise was discussed. Firstly,the noise source and frequency band were found by measurement. Secondly,the transmission loss and the fluid pressure loss of perforated resonator was calculated by Virtual. Lab and Star-CCM simulation software.And then the samples were made according to the simulation results. And the simulation results were verified through the impedance tube. Lastly,the results of actual vehicle validation test show that the perforated resonator of turbocharger inlet and oullet can effectively reduce the tubocharger’s intake noise.
