摘要
目的:分析叙事疗法结合PDCA循环管理在精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取90例在笔者所在医院接受治疗的精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予叙事疗法结合PDCA循环管理。比较两组临床效果。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后焦虑和抑郁评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组健康行为依从率为84.44%,高于对照组的64.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事疗法结合PDCA循环管理在精神分裂症伴糖尿病患者中效果显著,可以显著改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,降低血糖水平,提高健康行为依从性,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of narrative therapy combined with PDCA circulation management in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes.Method:A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia and diabetes who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the study group was given narrative therapy combined with PDCA circulation management on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance rate of healthy behavior in the study group was 84.44%,which was higher than 64.44% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative therapy combined with PDCA circulation management has a significant effect in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes,which can significantly improve anxiety and depression,reduce blood glucose level,and improve compliance of healthy behavior,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
