摘要
目的:研究集束化护理预防小儿重症监护室呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法:选取2016年12月-2019年12月笔者所在医院小儿重症监护室接收的80例患儿作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,各40例。常规组实施常规护理,研究组在常规组的基础上实施集束化护理。比较两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、入住ICU时间、总住院时间及家属满意度。结果:研究组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、入住ICU时间、总住院时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组家属总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿重症监护室中,集束化护理措施的实施,可以有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,缩短呼吸机辅助呼吸时间、住院时间,促使其早日康复,家属满意度高。
Objective:To study the effect of cluster nursing on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in pediatric intensive care unit.Method:From December 2016 to December 2019,80 children admitted in the pediatric intensive care unit of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the conventional group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented cluster nursing on the basis of the routine group.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,ventilator-assisted breathing time,ICU stay time,total hospitalization time and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ventilator-assisted breathing time,ICU stay time and total hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The family total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the pediatric intensive care unit,the implementation of cluster nursing measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,shorten the ventilator-assisted breathing time and hospitalization time,and promote their early recovery,with high satisfaction of family.
