摘要
目的:探究围手术期优质护理在截石位手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年11月于笔者所在医院采用截石位行手术治疗的患者100例,依据护理方案不同划分为两组研究组与对照组,各50例患者。对照组采用常规手术护理,研究则基于对照组采用优质护理,分析两组患者血流动力学指标,SAS、SDS评分,并发症,满意度等情况。结果:术毕研究组心率、舒张压与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术毕时研究组收缩压高于对照组(P<0.05);术后研究组SDS评分及SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:截石位手术患者围手术期护理中采用优质护理,能有效平稳患者血压,避免截石位体位改变性低血压现象出现,改善患者不良心态,减少发生并发症,提高护理满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect of perioperative quality nursing in lithotomy operation.Method:From February 2017 to November 2019,100 patients who were operated in our hospital were divided into two groups,study group and control group,each with 50 patients.Routine operation nursing was used in the control group,while high quality nursing was used in the study group.Hemodynamic indexes,SAS,SDS scores,complications,satisfaction and other conditions were analyzed in the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference of heart rate and diastolic blood pressure between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing can effectively stabilize the blood pressure,avoid the occurrence of hypotension,improve the patients’good mentality,reduce the complications and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
