摘要
目的:研究解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗SandersⅢ/Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性研究2016年1月-2018年12月在笔者所在科住院的SandersⅢ/Ⅳ型跟骨骨折手术治疗的患者,纳入其中能够完整随访的患者共76例,其中42例采用解剖锁定钢板内固定,34例采用普通钢板内固定,对比两组手术指标、术后恢复情况数据。结果:解剖锁定钢板内固定组手术时间短于普通钢板内固定组(P<0.05);骨折愈合时间两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);解剖锁定钢板内固定组功能恢复更加理想(P<0.05)。结论:SandersⅢ/Ⅳ型跟骨骨折使用解剖锁定钢板内固定手术,与普通钢板内固定技术进行对比,手术时间短,手术之后跟骨恢复更加理想。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anatomic locking plate internal fixation for sandersⅢ/Ⅳcalcaneus fractures.Method:A retrospective study of SandersⅢ/Ⅳpatients admitted in our department from January 2016 to December 2018 included a total of 76 patients who were able to complete follow-up,of which 42 cases were fixed with locked anatomic plate and 34 cases with ordinary plate internal fixation.Two groups of data were compared,such as surgical index,postoperative recovery.Result:The operation time of locking anatomical plate internal fixation group was lower than that of normal plate internal fixation group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The functional recovery of locking anatomical plate internal fixation group was more ideal(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the common plate internal fixation technique,the operation time and healing time of locked anatomic plate internal fixation in the treatment of type sandersⅢ/Ⅳcalcaneus fractures are shorter,and the calcaneus recovery after operation is more ideal.
