摘要
目的:观察胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的48例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方式进行分组,锁定钢板内固定25例为观察组,普通双钢板固定23例为对照组,对比两组手术相关指标、治疗效果。结果:观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组优良率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折能够减少术中出血量,促使患者尽快恢复,效果显著,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of internal fixation for tibial plateau fracture.Method:A total of 48 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the treatment methods,25 patients were given internal fixation with locking plate as the observation group,23 patients were given fixation with ordinary double plate as the control group,and the operative indexes and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of hospitalization and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.0%,which was higher than 78.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation with locking plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,promote the patients to recover as soon as possible,the effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical reference.
