摘要
目的:探究无充气经腋窝入路腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术的护理效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1-12月收治的行无充气经腋窝入路腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术患者94例,随机将其分为对照组及观察组,各47例。对照组围手术期采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复理念护理。比较两组患者术前住院时间、总住院时间、住院费用及生活质量变化。结果:观察组术前住院时间、总住院时间及住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后对照组生活质量评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念在无充气经腋窝入路腔镜下甲状腺癌根治术围手术期护理中的应用具有重要意义,能够显著提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者术后的临床恢复,在临床中可广泛应用。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of radical resection of thyroid cancer under endoscope through axillary approach without inflation.Method:A total of 94 patients with thyroid cancer under endoscope through axillary approach without inflation who admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing in the perioperative nursing,the observation group used the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing.Preoperative hospital stay,total hospital stay,hospital expenses and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The preoperative hospitalization time,total hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation is of great significance in the perioperative nursing of radical resection of thyroid cancer under endoscopy through axillary approach without inflation,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,is conducive to the postoperative clinical recovery of patients,and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
