摘要
目的:探讨跟骨骨折患者应用优质护理的效果。方法:研究主体为94例跟骨骨折患者,接收的时间为2018年7月-2019年12月。以电脑随机分组法,将研究主体分为常规组与研究组并进行比较观察,其中常规组47例行常规化护理配合,研究组47例行优质护理配合。结果:研究组治护优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理后VAS疼痛评分低于常规组、护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率少于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:通过优质护理,能够进一步减轻跟骨骨折患者疼痛感,减少不良反应,提高其护理效果及满意度,这对于患者疾病转归具有十分重大的现实意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying quality nursing for patients with calcaneal fractures.Method:The study subjects were 94 patients with calcaneal fractures,and the acceptance period was from July 2018 to December 2019.Using computer random grouping method,the study subjects were divided into a conventional group and a research group for comparison and observation.Among them,47 patients in the conventional group received routine nursing assistance and 47 patients in the study group received quality nursing assistance.Result:The excellent treatment-nursing rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through quality nursing,it can further reduce the pain and reduce the adverse reactions of patients with calcaneal fractures,and improve their nursing effect and satisfaction,which is of great practical significance for the disease outcome of patients.
