摘要
目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术和三孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢畸胎瘤患者的效果及对卵巢储备功能的影响。方法:选择2018年2月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的68例卵巢畸胎瘤患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组使用三孔腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组使用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组手术情况、卵巢体积、卵巢储备功能。结果:研究组住院时间和排气时间均短于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术侧卵巢体积大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后卵巢储备功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢畸胎瘤患者能够更好地保留卵巢体积,减少术中出血量,缩短恢复时间,对卵巢储备功能的影响较小。
Objective:To investigate the effect of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery and three-port laparoscopic surgery on ovarian teratoma and the influence on ovarian reserve function.Method:A total of 68 patients with ovarian teratoma who received and treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group with random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with three-port laparoscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery.The operation,volume of ovaries and ovarian reserve function were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time and exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the operation time was longer than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The volume of ovaries on the operation side of the study group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the indexes of ovarian reserve function were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery for ovarian teratoma patients can better retain ovarian volume,reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten recovery time,and has little impact on ovarian reserve function.
