摘要
目的:探讨空间管理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1-10月25名妇科手术室护士为对照组,采用常规手术配合管理方法;选取2018年1-10月进行空间管理能力培训的25名妇科手术室护士为观察组,采用空间管理方法进行手术配合。比较两组手术配合满意度、空间管理能力评分和术前准备时间。结果:观察组手术配合满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空间管理能力评分高于对照组,术前准备时间为(24.73±3.19)min,明显短于对照组的(32.30±2.78)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空间管理在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,可提高手术配合满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of space management in gynecological laparoscopic operation.Method:Twenty-five gynecological operating room nurses were selected from January to October 2017 as the control group,and the management method of routine operation coordination were adopted.Twenty-five gynecological operating room nurses who received training in space management ability were selected from January to October 2018 as the observation group,and the space management method was adopted to cooperate with the operation.Satisfaction with operation cooperation,scores of space management ability and preoperative preparation time were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction with operation cooperation in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of space management ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the preoperative preparation time was(24.73±3.19)min,which was significantly shorter than(32.30±2.78)min of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of space management in gynecological laparoscopic operation is effective and can improve the satisfaction with operation cooperation,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
