摘要
目的:分析循证护理模式在ICU危重患者压疮预防中的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年7月-2019年5月85例ICU危重患者,随机分为试验组(n=43)、对照组(n=42),试验组给予循证护理模式干预、对照组予以常规护理模式干预,分析护理效果。结果:试验组压疮总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组ICU治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对ICU危重患者应用循证护理模式干预,能有效降低压疮发生,缩短患者住院时间,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of pressure sore in ICU critical patients.Method:A total of 85 critically patients in ICU of our hospital from July 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=42).The experimental group was given evidence-based nursing mode intervention and the control group was given routine nursing mode intervention to analyze the nursing effect.Result:The total incidence of pressure sore in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in ICU critical patients can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores and shorten the length of stay of patients,which is worth popularizing.
