摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜联合经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值。方法:随机抽取2016年1月-2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的200例疑似子宫内膜病变患者,均给予宫腔镜、经阴道超声检查,以病理学检查结果为金标准,对比分析检查结果。结果:宫腔镜联合经阴道超声检查准确度、灵敏度均高于宫腔镜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组特异度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫腔镜联合经阴道超声对不同子宫内膜病变检出准确率均高于宫腔镜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合经阴道超声在子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值显著,可提升准确度、灵敏度,以便临床明确疾病,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound in endometrial lesions.Method:A total of 200 suspected endometrial lesions were randomly selected from January 2016 to December 2017.All patients were examined by hysteroscopy and transvaginal ultrasound.The pathological results were taken as the gold standard and the results were compared and analyzed.Result:The accuracy and sensitivity of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound were higher than those of hysteroscopy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).The accuracy of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound in detecting different endometrial lesions was higher than that of hysteroscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions has significant value,which can improve the accuracy and sensitivity,so that the clinical diagnosis of the disease is clear and worthy of promotion.
