摘要
目的:探究与观察2型糖尿病患者血糖波动对血管弹性状态及肾血流的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月笔者所在医院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,同期的90例健康同龄者为对照组。比较两组血管弹性状态及肾血流指标,同时比较观察组中不同血糖波动系数患者检测结果,并采用Logistic分析血管弹性状态及肾血流指标与血糖波动的关系。结果:观察组血管弹性状态指标及肾血流指标均差于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同血糖波动系数患者血管弹性状态指标及肾血流指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic分析显示,上述血管弹性状态及肾血流指标均与血糖波动有密切的关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血糖波动对血管弹性状态及肾血流的影响较大,应重视对2型糖尿病患者进行血糖波动的监测与调控。
Objective:To investigate and observe the influence of blood glucose fluctuation for the vascular elasticity state and renal blood flow of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy people of the same ages at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the vascular elasticity state and renal blood flow indexes of two groups were compared,and the detection results of observation group with different glucose variability were compared,then the relationship between the vascular elasticity state,renal blood flow indexes and glucose variability were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.Result:The vascular elastic state indexes and renal blood flow indexes of the observation group were all worse than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of blood vessel elastic state indexes and renal blood flow indexes of patients with different glycemic index fluctuations in the observation group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that the above vascular elastic state and renal blood flow index were closely related to blood glucose fluctuation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of glucose variability for the vascular elasticity state and renal blood flow of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are great,and the monitoring and regulation of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus should be paid to more attention.
