摘要
目的:探析中成药所致不良反应的相关原因,并分析有效预防措施对临床合理用药的指导作用。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月在笔者所在医院接受中成药治疗的110例患者作为研究对象,未接受干预措施的为A组(2017年1月-2018年10月)55例,分析其出现中成药用药不良反应患者的临床资料,从患者年龄、药品剂型、药品品种等方面,对患者发生中成药用药不良反应的原因进行分析,并于2018年11月在笔者所在医院对B组(2018年11月-2019年12月)55例患者实施干预措施,比较两组患者中成药所致不良反应发生率、患者满意度、医患纠纷的发生率。结果:B组中成药所致不良反应发生率、医患纠纷发生率低于A组,患者满意度高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中成药所致不良反应情况给予有效的干预措施,可降低不良反应发生率,促进医患关系的和谐发展。
Objective:To explore the related causes of adverse reactions caused by Chinese patent medicine,and to analyze the guiding role of effective preventive measures in clinical rational drug use.Method:From January 2017 to December 2019,110 patients who received Chinese patent medicine treatment in the hospital of the author were selected as the research objects,and 55 patients in group A (January 2017 to October 2018) who did not receive the intervention measures were selected.The clinical data of the patients with adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent medicine were analyzed from the aspects of patient age,drug dosage form,drug variety,etc,The causes of adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicine were analyzed.In November 2018,55 patients in group B (November 2018 December 2019) were intervened in our hospital.The adverse reactions,patient satisfaction and the incidence of medical disputes were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions and doctor-patient disputes in group B was lower than that in group A,and the patients’ satisfaction was higher than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The adverse reactions caused by Chinese patent medicine can be given effective intervention measures,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
