摘要
目的:探讨中医穴位按摩结合拉玛泽呼吸法对孕妇负性情绪及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年12月医院收治的200例自然分娩孕妇进行研究,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组100例。对照组予以常规导乐分娩,研究组在对照组基础上予以中医穴位按摩结合拉玛泽呼吸法。比较两组SAS评分、SDS评分、产程宫缩疼痛程度及分娩结局。结果:干预后,研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,产程宫缩疼痛程度明显优于对照组,会阴侧切率、新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组,产后出血量明显少于对照组,第二产程时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位按摩结合拉玛泽呼吸法能够有效缓解孕妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪及宫缩疼痛程度,改善母婴结局,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with Lamaze breathing method on negative emotions and delivery outcomes of pregnant women.Method:A total of 200 pregnant women with natural childbirth who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine Doula delivery,and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with Lamaze breathing method on the basis of the control group.The SAS scores,SDS scores,degree of contraction pain during labor and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the degree of contraction pain during labor was significantly better than that of the control group,and the perineal resection rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the postpartum blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,and the second stage of labor was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with Lamaze breathing method can effectively alleviate anxiety,depression and the degree of contraction pain of pregnant women,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
