摘要
目的:探讨无痛电子肠镜下内镜黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)联合金属钛夹治疗肠息肉的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的80例肠息肉患者作为研究对象,按照手术方式分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组在普通肠镜下行EMR术联合金属钛夹治疗,观察组在无痛电子肠镜下行EMR术联合金属钛夹治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及满意度。结果:观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无痛电子肠镜下EMR术联合金属钛夹治疗肠息肉具有手术时间短、出血少、并发症少、患者满意度高的优势,临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of painless electronic colonoscopy with endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) combined with metal titanium clips in the treatment of intestinal polyps.Method:A total of 80 cases of intestinal polyps treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different surgical methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was given ordinary enteroscopy with EMR combined with metal titanium clips.The observation group was given painless electronic enteroscopy with EMR combined with metal titanium clips.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless electronic colonoscopy with EMR combined with metal titanium clips for the treatment of intestinal polyps has the advantages of short operation time,less bleeding,fewer complications and high patients’ satisfaction.The clinical effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
