摘要
目的:对比分析腹腔镜手术及开腹手术对胃肠肿瘤患者营养状况及术后并发症的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年6月收治的90例胃肠肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组手术前后白蛋白、前白蛋白水平、术后营养状况合格率及术后并发症发生率。结果:手术前,两组白蛋白、前白蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后,研究组白蛋白、前白蛋白水平、术后营养状况合格率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠肿瘤患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,不仅能有效改善患者营养状况,还能降低其术后并发症发生率,从而有助于预后恢复。
Objective:To compare and analysis the effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on the nutritional status and postoperative complications of gastrointestinal tumor patients.Method:A total of 90 patients with gastrointestinal tumor admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 45 case in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The albumin and prealbumin levels before and after surgery,postoperative nutritional status qualified rate and incidence of postoperative complication were compared between the two groups.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in albumin and prealbumin levels between the two groups (P>0.05).After surgery,the albumin and prealbumin levels,and postoperative nutritional status qualified rate of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery treatment for gastrointestinal tumor patients can not only effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,thus contributing to the recovery of prognosis.
