摘要
目的:探讨八味黄连跌打水外敷治疗跟骨骨折早期软组织急性肿胀患者的临床效果。方法:研究选择2018年10月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的跟骨新鲜骨折早期软组织急性肿胀患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例,对照组常规消肿处理治疗,观察组增加八味黄连跌打水外敷治疗,评价两组肿胀程度、疼痛程度及皮纹皱纹改善效果。结果:治疗2、4 d后观察组患足肿胀程度及疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组皮纹皱纹改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对跟骨骨折早期软组织急性肿胀患者在常规消肿治疗基础上增加八味黄连跌打水外敷治疗可促进肿胀及疼痛尽快缓解,促进皮纹皱纹改善,恢复效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of external treatment of acute soft tissue swelling in early calcaneal fracture patients with Bawei Huanglian Diedashui.Method:From October 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with acute soft tissue swelling in early calcaneal fracture in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine detumescence treatment,and the observation group was treated with external application of Bawei Huanglian Diedashui.The swelling degree,pain degree and furrow effect of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After 2 and 4 days of treatment,the degree of foot swelling and pain degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of skin wrinkles in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute soft tissue swelling in the early stage of calcaneal fracture,adding Bawei Huanglian Diedashui to the routine treatment of swelling can promote the relief of swelling and pain as soon as possible,promote the improvement of skin wrinkles and wrinkles,and have a good recovery effect.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
