摘要
目的:探讨肝癌患者介入治疗中人文关怀护理对患者肝功能及预后的影响。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年11月笔者所在医院收治的80例肝癌患者作为临床观察对象,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予人文关怀护理,比较两组转氨酶、胆红素、蛋白质,HAMD/HAMA、PSQI、SSRS评分及并发症发生率。结果:护理前两组谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、碱性磷酸酶比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组HAMD/HAMA、PSQI、SSRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组HAMD/HAMA、PSQI评分均低于对照组,SSRS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理模式用于肝癌患者护理中,效果显著,能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高患者睡眠质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic care nursing on liver function and prognosis of patients with liver cancer in interventional therapy.Method:Eighty patients with liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as clinical observation objects.They were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) according to the admission to hospital in sequence order.The control group was given conventional nursing treatment,and the observation group was involved in humanistic nursing care treatment on the basis of conventional care.After treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the aminotransferase,bilirubin,protein,HAMD / HAMA,PSQI,and SSRS scores,and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,all the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in HAMD/HAMA,PSQI and SSRS scores between the two groups before the nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMD/HAMA and PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and SSRS score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than 30.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care nursing mode in the nursing of patients with liver cancer has significant effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of anxiety,depression and complications,and improve the sleep quality of patients with liver cancer,which is worth popularizing.
