摘要
管理理论与实践脱节主要存在四个方面的问题:管理理论构建目标与评价问题、管理理论本土化与国际化问题、管理学的实证主义与非实证主义研究方法以及管理者与管理学者问题。通过分析发现以上四个方面问题的存在,都源于管理构念开发过程的弊端。基于数字化数据、数字技术和数字化环境对传统构念开发的过程进行革新,构建数字化构念开发的理论路径。数字化构念路径清晰地展示出构念的层次、以数据的连通性和网络性实现构念之间的紧密联系、以数据的动态性更加适应高不确定性的管理实践,以算法的标准性实现管理情境化,以此为特征的数字化构念开发路径将成为管理学构念开发的未来趋势。
The analysis of previous research suggests that the disconnection between management theory and practice are manifested in four main aspects:the construction goal and evaluation of management theory,the localization and internationalization of management theory,the positivism and non-positivism research methods of management,and management scholars and managers.This paper finds that the above problems originate from the drawbacks of the development process of management constructs.Therefore,based on digital data,digital technology and digital environment,this paper innovates the traditional construct development process and constructs the theoretical path of digital construct development.The path of digital construct development clearly shows the hierarchy of constructs,realizes the close connection between constructs with data connectivity and network,adapts to the management practice of high uncertainty with the dynamic data,and realizes the contextualization of management with the standardization of algorithms.The path of digital construct will become the future trend of the development of management constructs.
