摘要
以长沙地铁万家丽广场站新建5号线和既有2号线的组合换乘站厅改造工程为案例,综合分析施工和运营同步进行的改造工程所涉及的主要内容,探讨地铁十字型换乘组合站厅改造施工的平面布置方案。研究表明,布置方案应在明确设计难点的基础上,采用分阶段分区域的组织形式,统筹兼顾施工组织流水段划分、运营客流组织、各阶段施工的平面布置,并制定降低运营影响的有效措施。各阶段运营区域内的乘客流线是直接影响运营是否正常的关键,方案设计时应该统筹兼顾各阶段运营区域内的安检、闸机、售票、无障碍设施等;围挡隔墙的设计定位应考虑施工所需的组织空间和临时消防通道,隔墙围挡应采取密封和降噪措施。实践验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。
Taking Interchange Wanjiali Square Station of Changsha Metro as an example when a new L5 meets the established L2,this paper analyzes the layout scheme for the reconstruction undertaken amid the metro operation for the cross interchange station hall.The research shows that the layout scheme should be best organized and implemented in phases and regions,taking consideration of workflow division,passenger flow,plane layout of phased construction,and measures to reduce the impact of operation.The passenger flow line in the phased operation areas is key to normal operation in construction,its scheme should therefore take into account the security inspection,gate entry,ticketing,barrier free facilities and the like in each phase of construction,and enclosure should allow space for construction and the temporary fire passage with measures to ensure its sealing and noise reducing effect.The feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme are verified by practice.
