车用锂离子电池荷电状态参数辨识的建模仿真 被引量:7

摘要 为得到较为准确的电池荷电状态(SOC)参数,以厦门理工学院纯电动赛车用锂离子电池作为研究案例,采用二阶RC等效电路模型对锂离子电池进行HPPC充放电试验;然后,将实验数据导入Matlab的参数估计模块后,对电池荷电状态性能参数进行辨识。在Matlab的Simscape模块中建立锂离子电池的仿真模型,将仿真结果与实验结果进行比较,利用拟合工具箱对比不同阶次下RC等效电路模型的拟合精度。结果表明,锂离子电池的电压在放电脉冲开始及结束阶段时偏差较大,静置阶段则趋于平稳,二阶RC等效电路模型能够较为简便地反应锂离子电池的工作特性,且具有较好的拟合精度。锂离子电池仿真模型与实验测试的误差在2%以内,验证了所建立的仿真模型的可行性。 The proposed research is designed to establish a validated battery model of electric racing car of Xiamen University of Technology.First,apply Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic test for lithium-ion battery base on 2 RC equivalent circuit,import the experiment data to parameter estimation module in Matlab,and then complete the battery performance parameters identification.Next,establish battery simulation model in Matlab/Simscape,compare the experimental result with simulation result,and compare accuracy of different RC equivalent circuit by using the MATLAB curve fitting toolbox.The result shows that the voltage of the lithium-ion battery has a large deviation at the beginning and end of the discharge pulse phase and a generally stable state at the static phase,2-RC equivalent circuit can reflect the working characteristics of lithium-ion battery in a simple and accurate manner,and the relative error is within 2%,which verifies the feasibility of the simulation model.
