摘要
“库架合一”是指仓库货架结构即承受货物荷载又兼作主体结构支撑屋面、墙面围护的一种钢结构体系,近年来越来越多地应用于高架立体仓库建筑中.本文基于某采用“库架合一”结构体系的高架立体仓库工程实例,利用Midas Gen有限元软件进行结构整体建模计算分析,研究了该类型结构体系在风荷载和地震作用下的抗侧力性能.研究结果表明,“库架合一”结构体系具有优异的抗风和抗震性能,在水平位移控制和结构经济性等方面相比于传统的门式刚架结构体系具有显著优势,特别适用于高架立体仓库建筑.
‘Integration of Shelf-structure and Main-structure’is a kind of steel structural system using the shelf-structure also as the main-structure of the ware-house building.This kind of structural system is more and more widely used in high-rack warehouse buildings.According to an actual high-rack warehouse building which adopted the‘Integration of Shelf-structure and Main-structure’system,this paper used Midas Gen software to conduct the structure modeling and analysis,and the lateral-force resistant performance of this kind of structural system was studied.The study results showed that the system has an excellent lateral-force resistant performance for wind and earthquake loadings.Also,this kind of system has significant advantages in horizontal displacement controlling and economic savings.‘Integration of Shelf-structure and Main-structure’system is very suitable for high-rack warehouse buildings.
