摘要
以《黄帝内经》为理论基础,结合近十年梦的研究进展,提出病梦是内、外因病邪扰乱阴阳营卫之气,导致魂魄飞扬所致。神总统魂魄,魂魄是神的反映和补充,精神魂魄反映意识的不同结构面和活动,诊梦可以了解未感知的意识内容。梦可反映阴阳、营卫之气运行变化,提取梦中情绪、视觉图像、运动等元素配属五志、五行、五色等与五脏相应,诊梦是神志病辨证论治的重要工具之一。
Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing and the research progress of dreams in the past ten years,it is pointed out that dreams of illness are caused by internal and external diseases which disturb nutrient qi and defensive qi,and lead to soul flying.Spirit commands the soul,soul is the reflection and supplement of spirit.Spirits and souls reflect different structures and activities of consciousness,dream diagnosis can understand unperceived conscious contents.Dreams can reflect the movement and change of yin and yang,nutrient qi and defensive qi.Extraction of emotions,visual images,movement and other elements in dreams belong to five emotions,five elements,five colors and relative to five zang viscera.Dream diagnosis is one of the important tools in the treatment of psychiatric diseases based on syndrome differentiation.
