可视化技术在针刺研究中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 信息技术的发展日新月异,可视化技术已逐渐应用到医学研究领域中,尤其在针刺机制研究方面,其中最常见的可视化设备主要包括功能性磁共振成像、正电子发射型计算机断层显像、单光子发射型计算机断层显像、脑磁图、脑电图以及红外热像等技术。文章主要归纳和整理了上述可视化技术在针刺生物学机制研究中的应用,以针刺腧穴(包括单穴和组穴)的量学和病、生理研究为切入点,以发掘针刺中枢及外周的调控效应。综述发现,机体状态不同所激活脑区具有差异性,生理状态下的单穴特异性研究,以明确穴位的功效主治为主;经穴特异性及穴位配伍存在不同或重叠的激活脑区,经穴特异性以阳陵泉穴居多。 With the continuous development of information technology in China,visualization technology has been gradually applied in various fields,especially in the research of acupuncture mechanism,among which the most common visualization equipment mainly includes fMRI,PET,SPECT,MEG,EEG and infrared thermography.This article mainly summarized and finishied the visualization technology in the application of acupuncture mechanism in biology study,with acupuncture acupoints(including single cavity and group holes)as the main research aspects,amount of combination of acupuncture and expounds the physiological pathology for the secondary aspects,to explore acupuncture regulation of the central and peripheral effect.The review find that different brain regions activated by different body states were different,and the singlepoint specific study in physiological states mainly focused on the efficacy and attending of acupuncture points.Different or overlapping activated brain regions exist in acupoint specificity and acupoint compatibility,and the acupoint specificity is mostly in Yanglingquan(G34)acupoint.
