摘要
肾脏纤维化是几乎所有慢性肾脏疾病进展到终末期肾功能衰竭都会经历的一个共同的病理改变。其发病机制复杂,预后不良,且现代医学还没有好的治疗策略。但临床实践及实验研究提示,黄芪及其制剂在抗肾纤维化方面具有较好的应用前景。由于中药及其制剂成分复杂,运用现代医学手段揭示其作用机制,日益受到科研工作者们的重视。因此笔者对近年来肾纤维化相关的临床研究进行归纳总结,综述黄芪对肾纤维化的作用与多种信号通路的临床研究现状,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Renal fibrosis is a common pathological change that almost all chronic renal diseases go through to end-stage renal failure,which has complex pathogenesis and poor prognosis,and modern medicine has no good treatment strategy.However,clinical practice and experimental research suggest that astragalus and its preparation have a good application prospect in antirenal fibrosis.Because of the complex composition of traditional Chinese medicine and its preparations,it has been paid more and more attention by researchers to reveal its mechanism by modern medical means.Therefore,the author summarized the clinical studies related to renal fibrosis in recent years,and summarized the effects of astragalus on renal fibrosis and the clinical research status of various signal pathways,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
