摘要
尤昭玲教授结合中西医相关理论及其数十年临床经验,提出胞宫假腔之病名。尤师总结出血瘀是胞宫假腔的核心病机,金刃损伤及先天禀赋不足是其病因,关注假腔主症及并发症有利于精确治疗,假腔患者再妊娠安全评价应结合四维阴道彩超数据,并独创"假腔治疗三步曲"。
Professor YOU Zhao-ling combined the relative theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine with her clinical experience of decades to propose the concept of uterine false lumen.Professor YOU summed up that:the core pathogenesis of uterine false lumen is blood stasis;the etiology of uterine false lumen is surgical wound;it’s good for accurate treatment by paying close attention to both the main symptoms and complications;further pregnancy safety evaluation should be based on transvaginal fourdimensional color doppler ultrasound(TVS-4D).She created the treatment trilogy of uterine false lumen.
