摘要
旴江医家认为:伏邪是指伏藏于体内不立即发病的病邪;伏邪的来源不仅有外感邪气所致,而且还包括内伤杂病所致;对于伏邪的诊断方法主要是通过脉象;治疗上对于外感邪气主要是扶正透邪,而对于内伤杂病所致的伏邪则主要是扶正祛邪,并根据病理变化随证治之。
Doctors of Xujiang believe that hidden pathogen refers to the pathogenic factor that is concealed in the body and does not occur immediately.The source of hidden pathogen is not only caused by exogenous pathogenic qi,but also includes hidden pathogen caused by internal damage and miscellaneous diseases.The diagnosis method for hidden pathogen is mainly through pulse manifestation.In the treatment,the exogenous pathogenic qi are mainly strengthening vital qi to penetrate pathogenic factor,while the hidden pathogen caused by internal damage are mainly strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,and treat according to pathological changes.
