干姜历代炮制方法考证 被引量:11

Textual research on processing methods of prepared Zingiberis Rhizoma in successive dynasties

摘要 文章通过查阅古今本草、文献及相关法典,对干姜的历代炮制方法进行探讨。自春秋战国时期《黄帝内经素问》出现干姜切制,之后相继出现净制、火炮、药汁制、制炭、盐制、爁制、巴豆制、煨制、土炒制、硵砂制、童便制、酒炙等一系列不同的炮制方法和要求。其中干姜火炮、制炭沿用至今并广泛使用。因此,干姜净制是否去皮,炒炙"能沙炒不用清炒",制炭"存性"等炮制工艺与质量标准的研究有益于提高饮片质量,也为经典名方复方中药制剂研究提供有益的支持。相关法规对干姜及其炮制品质量标准还有待规范。 By consulting ancient and modern herbs,literature and related codes,the processing methods of prepared Zingiberis Rhizoma in past dynasties were discussed.Since the processing method of prepared Zingiberis Rhizoma processed by cutting system appeared in the Huangdi Neijing Suwen in the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States period,a series of different processing methods and requirements have emerged,such as net system,artillery dried,medicinal juice-fried,charcoalfried,salt-fried,grilled,croton,simmered,stir frying with clean dirt,sanding,children’s urine immersion,stir frying with wine,and so on.Among them,the artillery dried and charcoal-fried method has been used up to now and widely used.So,whether or not to peel the outer skin when cutting,stir-frying without sand,Carbonizing Retains Characteristics and the research on the processing technology and quality standards of other processing methods is beneficial to improve the quality of the pieces.It also provides useful support for the research of classic famous compound Chinese herbal preparations.The relevant laws and regulations on the quality standards of processed Zingiberis Rhizoma are still to be standardized.
