摘要
通过文献整理分析,发现《诸病源候论》中气分意指气与水结的病证,其病气滞为因,水停为果。而《金匮要略》的气分虽归属水气病,但意为因阳虚寒凝,而致水饮为患的一种特殊证型,治疗重在调气。"手足逆冷,腹满胁鸣,或身冷,或骨疼,或恶寒,或痹不仁"六大症为气分病的主要症状,而"心下坚,大如盘,边如旋杯"是在阳虚寒凝、气滞水停基础上发展形成,为气分病的兼证。此外,研究结合临床辨析了水气病的治疗原则及"旋杯"与"旋盘"的证治方药,以期为临床运用提供参考。
Through literature review and analysis,this paper finds that qi fen in Zhubing Yuanhou Lun refers to the disease syndrome of qi and fluid junction,the disease qi stagnation is the cause,and edema is the result.Meanwhile,the qi fen part of Jingui Yaolue belongs to edema.It is a special syndrome caused by yang deficiency and cold coagulation,which focuses on treatment of regulating qi.Six clinical feature of‘hand and foot cold,abdominal fullness and hypochondrium distending pain,cold body,bone pain,fear of cold,numbness of the limbs’are the main symptoms of qi fen disease.Nevertheless,‘there is a firm mass below the heart,as big as a plate,edges like a rotating cup’is the incidental symptom of qi fen disease,developed on the basis of yang deficiency,congealing cold,qi stagnation and water fluid retention.Furthermore,combined with clinical analysis,the study analyzed the treatment principles of edema disease with the syndromes and treatment of‘rotating-cup’and‘rotating-disc’,hoping to provide reference for clinical application.
