摘要
因为中、西医思维模式的不同,两种医学体系就有交流互补的机会。目前主流的研究大多囿于通过西医思维来探索中医的物质内涵或科学内涵。"辨证论治"是中医理论的核心,《伤寒论》对误吐、误下、误汗等救逆之法提出了很多超前的认识。从中医角度而言,应用西药产生的汗、吐、下等作用会不会产生变证?基于此,文章从中医脏腑生理病理、阴阳寒热以及胃气理论3个方面,探讨西药应用思维模式,力图在中西医结合的"整体性"方面有一些思考。
Because of the different thinking modes between TCM and western medicine,the two medical systems have an opportunity to communicate and complement each other.At present,most of the mainstream research is confined to explore the material or scientific connotation of TCM through western medicine thinking.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment is the core of TCM theory.The theory of febrile diseases has put forward a lot of advanced knowledge on the methods of saving inversion such as mistreatment of perspiration,purgation,emetic therapy.From the perspective of TCM,will the effect of mistreatment of perspiration,purgation,emetic therapy produced by western medicine not produce variant syndrome?Therefore,based on the theory of TCM viscera physiology and pathology,yin and yang,cold and heat,and stomach qi,the exploration of the thought pattern of western medicine application can make the integration of TCM and western medicine more integrated.
