摘要
目的:探讨同指指动脉转位吻合在断指再植中的应用效果。方法:将2017年4月—2019年4月就诊的90例断指患者(97指)按治疗方式不同分为两组。观察组45例(50指)行同指指动脉转位吻合术,对照组45例(47指)行自体小静脉桥接移植术。比较两组断指再植成功率、断指功能、末节活动度及指腹两点辨别觉。结果:观察组断指再植成功率、功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组末节活动度大于对照组,指腹两点辨别觉小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同指指动脉转位吻合术行断指再植与自体小静脉桥接移植术相比,可提高断指再植成功率,减小指腹两点辨别觉,提高末节活动度,改善断指功能。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of index finger anastomosis in the replantation of severed fingers.Methods:A total of 90 patients(97 fingers) who were treated from April 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.45 patients(50 fingers) in the experimental group underwent indexing of the same finger artery.For anastomosis,45 patients(47 fingers) in the control group underwent autologous venous bridging.The success rate of replantation of the severed fingers,the function of the broken finger,the degree of activity of the distal section,and the two points of the fingertips were compared.Results:The success rate of replantation of the severed finger in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activity of the end segment of the observation group was greater than control group,and the discernibility of two points on the fingertips was smaller than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with autologous venule bridging,the re-implantation of the finger-to-finger anastomosis with the finger-to-finger anastomosis can improve the success rate of replantation of the severed finger,improve the two points of the fingertips and broken finger function,improve the degree of motion.
