摘要
近二十年来,知识史在海外历史学界渐受重视,多位学者对其概念和研究范畴进行了探讨。同时,科学史与医学史研究中,探讨"知识"生产与流传问题的论著也逐渐增多。在此影响下,海外中国医疗史研究也借鉴了诸多研究方法。相关论题主要集中于前近代中国医学知识的建构、传播与变迁,民族主义与国家建构背景下近代"中医"的形成,医学人类学视野下的中医现代性等三个方面。反观国内的医疗史研究,至今仍受内外史区隔所限,历史学者关注医学知识、医学思想史等涉及内史研究的"核心问题"仍显不足。本文认为,关注西方中医知识史的研究,有意识地在国际学术脉络中展开医学知识史的研究,不仅可以破除内外史的研究壁垒,也能够促使新议题和新研究方向的生发。
In recent two decades,the overseas study in the history of Chinese medicine pays great attention to the production and diffusion of medical knowledge. Relevant research works focus on the creation and dissemination of ancient Chinese medical knowledge,the emergence of modern TCM against the backdrop of nationalism and state-building,and TCM’s modernity revealed by the medical anthropology.
