摘要
目的了解方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎患者健康教育需求及其影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对武汉体育中心方舱医院收治的553例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者进行健康教育需求调查。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎患者健康教育需求总分(97.62±13.97)分,其中康复指导维度得分最高,其次为舱内感染预防及心理支持维度,环境信息和健康教育形式维度得分最低。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者总体上对健康教育有较高需求,其中康复指导、舱内感染预防、心理支持需求强烈,可以提供精准化、个体化的预见性护理措施及多元化需求支持。
Objective To investigate the need for health education among patients with COVID-19 in a certain mobile cabin hospital,and analysis related influencing factors.Methods The survey by using self-made questionnaire was conducted to find out the need for health education among 553 patients with COVID-19 in a certain mobile cabin hospital in Wuhan.Results The total score of need for health education was(97.62±13.97).In five dimensions of need for health education,the rehabilitation guidance showed the highest score,followed by the infection prevention and control in the mobile cabin hospital,psychological support,environmental information and form of health education.Conclusion The findings of the study indicated a high demand of health education among patients with COVID-19,in particular for rehabilitation guidance,infection prevention and control and psychological support.More precise and individualized nursing measures are required to meet diversified demands for health education.
