摘要
目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者的疾病不确定感体验及应对方式。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对21例初诊为2型糖尿病的患者进行半结构式访谈,通过Colaizzi现象学分析7步法进行整理。结果疾病不确定感体验包括疾病状况、缺乏疾病相关知识、社会因素以及情绪改变。应对方式包括主动寻求知识与信息、寻求社会支持、调整与顺应以及运动干预。结论医务人员应明确初诊2型糖尿病患者疾病不确定感特点,采取针对性的应对措施帮助患者和家属进行适应性改变,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the experience of uncertainty on illness and coping style of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was adopted,and a total of 21 patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus were recruited to participate semi-structured interviews during treatment.The interview data was analyzed using Colaizzi's method of phenomenological analysis.Results The main influencing factors were the disease status(treatment effect,diabetes complications),lack of disease-related knowledge(glucose control,unreasonable diet structure)and social factors(economic pressure,family and medical support,etc.)and emotional changes mainly based on anxiety and frustration.The main coping methods included actively seeking related information,craving and seeking social support,adjustment and adaptation and exercise therapy.Conclusion Medical staff should clearly identify the characteristics and coping styles of newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes patients,and learn from foreign advanced interventions to help patients and their families make adaptive changes and improve their quality of life.
