“帮学课程”:迈向3.0的高职课程范式变革 被引量:31

“Facilitated-Learning Curriculum”:3.0 Higher Vocational Curriculum Paradigm Revolution

摘要 "帮学课程"是一个新概念、新命题与课程新范式。它的提出,是"双高"建设和"百万扩招"背景下课程现代化转型升级的迫切需要,顺应了课程发展的未来趋势,也是建设具有中国特色的职教课程的时代要求。帮学课程的核心理念是"帮助学生学习",具体主张包括:课程目标是助力学生全面发展;课程内容是基于工作和生活的学习;课程编制方法是功能—结构分析法;课程方法是学生自助学习与教师帮助学习相结合;师生观是生为学本,师为帮本;环境观是有利于自助学习和帮助学生学习;评价观是助力课程目标实现。文章建议通过变革人才培养理念和规划,开发系列帮学课程,促进课程环境转型升级,开展教师的"帮学"能力培训与研究,加强学生的学法指导与研究,调整制度和政策等措施来推进帮学课程变革的实施。 "Facilitated-learning curriculum"is a new concept,new proposition and new curriculum paradigm.It is an urgent need to propose"facilitated-learning curriculum"under the background of the high-level higher vocational education construction and the increased enrollment of a million higher vocational college students."Facilitated-learning curriculum"complies the trend of curriculum development,and also meets the requirement of constructing vocational curriculum with Chinese characteristics.The core idea of"facilitated-learning curriculum"is to facilitate students'study.The specific propositions are as follows:the goal of curriculum is to support the students'comprehensive development;the content of curriculum is based on work and life;the design of curriculum is using the function-structure method;the learning method of curriculum combines self-learning and facilitated-learning;the idea of teaching is student-centered learning,and teacher-centered facilitation;the idea of environment is beneficial for self-learning and facilitated-learning;the idea of evaluation is to realize the goal of curriculum.It is suggested that the implementation of"facilitated-learning curriculum"revolution should be promoted by the efforts of changing the idea and the plan of talents cultivation,developing a series of facilitatedlearning courses,improving the curriculum environment,organizing teachers'facilitation skills training and study,reinforcing the coaching and the study of students learning capabilities,and adjusting institution and policies.
