产教融合背景下以C-UIS为载体的校企文化融合探究 被引量:6

摘要 在职业教育推行产教融合的大背景下,虽然校企文化融合存在诸多问题,但是从其前提、基础和目标来看具备充分的可行性。为促进校企文化融合,文章在企业形象识别系统和大学形象识别系统的基础之上,首次提出高职院校形象识别系统(C-UIS)的概念,并将其作为高职院校校园文化建设的载体。C-UIS包含四大识别体系,其中理念识别体系对应文化建设的思想理念,行为、视觉和环境识别体系对应文化建设的实践路径,形成了一套完整的文化建设系统。以C-UIS为载体的校企文化融合,具有文化汇聚、文化引导和文化辐射的价值。在坚持相向而行、求同存异、技术导向和注重实效四大原则的基础上,通过加强校企理念融合、行为渗透和环境共建,从而形成校企命运共同体,使融合程度不断加深。 Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,although there are many problems in school-enterprise culture integration,it is fully feasible in terms of its premise,foundation and goal.In order to promote the school-enterprise culture integration,on the basis of Corporate Identity System and University Identity System,the concept of Corporate-University Identity System is proposed for the first time as the carrier of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges.Corporate-University Identity System includes four major identification systems,among which the concept identification system corresponds to the ideology of cultural construction,and the behavior,vision and environment identification system corresponds to the practice path of cultural construction,forming a complete cultural construction system.The school-enterprise culture integration with Corporate-University Identity System as the carrier has the value of cultural convergence,cultural guidance and cultural radiation.On the basis of four principles,i.e.one way to the other,one way to save differences,one way to guide technology,and one way to pay attention to actual results,this paper explores and practices the integration of school-enterprise ideas,behavior penetration and environmental co construction,so as to further promote cultural integration and form a community of shared future for school and enterprise.
