摘要
学校心理健康教育的发展,学生心理状况的维护,教育教学活动的有效开展,都离不开教师良好的心理健康教育素养。全域视野下的教师心理健康素养有其特定的内涵,它根植于所有教师的教育教学活动中,是教师为保证学生在学习过程中身心得到健康全面发展所体现出来的一种综合素质。教师的心理健康教育认知与心理健康教育情感和心理健康教育能力一起,构成教师心理健康教育素养的三个重要组成部分,缺一不可。提升教师的心理健康教育素养需要重新审视当下的心理健康教育和教师专业发展,转变教育理念,构建"健康"的课堂教学,探索教师教育的新模式,加强对全体教师的心理健康教育培训。
The development of school mental health education,the maintenance of students"psychological condition,and the good development of education and teaching activities are inseparable from the teachers"good mental health education literacy.Teachers'mental health literacy from a global perspective has its specific connotation,which is rooted in all teachers'educational and teaching activities.It is a comprehensive quality that teachers embody to ensure students'comprehensive and healthy development of body and mind in the learning process.Teachers'mental health education literacy is composed of three interacting subsystems,which are mental health education cognition,mental health education emotion and mental health education ability.To improve teachers'mental health education quality,it is necessary to re-examine the current mental health education and teacher professional development,transform educational concepts,construct a"healthy"classroom teaching,explore a new model of teacher education,and strengthen the psychological health education and training for all teachers.
