摘要
目的总结新型冠状病毒疫情发生以来医院发热门诊化验室的工作经验,为今后发热门诊常态化规范化提供参考。方法通过采取加强组织管理、提高人员防护措施及遵循防控工作要求等,开展发热门诊化验室工作,并分析落实效果。结果发热门诊化验室整体工作运行顺利良好,筛查病人近万例,无工作人员感染,整体风险可控。结论实践经验可操作性强、规范性良好,可以有效降低医务人员感染及传播病毒的风险,值得借鉴。
Objective To summarize the practical work experience of fever clinic laboratory in the hospital in new coronavirus disease(COVID-19)epidemic;to provide reference for the normalization of fever clinic in the future.Methods The clinic lab duties were carried out by strengthening organization and management,improving the personnel protection measures and following the prevention and control work requirements.Results the overall operation of the clinic laboratory in the fever clinic was smooth and good.Nearly 10000 patients had been screened,no staff was infected,and the overall risk was controllable.Conclusion The practical experience is operable and well-regulated,which can effectively reduce the risk of infection and transmission of the virus among medical staffs and are worth learning.
